Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account, including keeping credentials secure. You must be authorised to act on behalf of any organisation you register.

Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal data. Where you put personal data of others into Tilarq, you are the controller / Data Fiduciary and we process it on your instructions under our Data Processing Agreement, which covers the GDPR (including Standard Contractual Clauses) and India's DPDP Act. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, giving notice to the people concerned and honouring their rights; we give you the tools to do so.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or send unlawful or abusive content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use the service to build a competing product by scraping or bulk-extracting it.
• Use Tilarq AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful or deceptive.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply at your next renewal. See the Pricing page for current plans.

You retain all rights to the content and data you put into Tilarq. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work hard to keep the service available and continuously improve it. We may add, change or remove features. For material changes that reduce core functionality, we will give reasonable notice.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Outputs from Tilarq AI may contain errors and should be reviewed by a human before reliance.

You may cancel anytime from your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
